PROCESS (COFFEE)
A few months back, my brother-in-law informed me that I'd been making stovetop espresso all wrong. ☕
After several hours of researching on YouTube I began testing different techniques and finally settled on one that produced a much better cup of coffee.
The problem was, Chelsea hadn't been following along and was still making coffee the 'old way'.
It quickly became a point of tension, and one particular day she even exclaimed, "I'm too scared to even make a coffee now!" 😬
In business, we often develop our own 'way' of doing things.
Perfected over thousands of repetitions and many years, this knowledge becomes ingrained in us but is often never passed on to others.
Taking the time to record your process for getting results, may seem like a time-consuming exercise.
But in the long run, it will pay you 30x, 50x or 100x more than the time it took you to document. 📈
