How it works
The focus is on real-world application, so we keep it super practical:
👉🏻 Small groups of 6-8 people
👉🏻 60-minute sessions, over 6 weeks
👉🏻 Plenty of time for questions + discussion
Sessions begin with a check-in on what you’ve put into practice, and end with planning your next steps. Plus we’ll send you a manual for each session to refer to in future.
