Is Your Ego Limiting Your Business Success?

It's time to wake-up NZ.

I love watching Olympic athletes compete at the highest level - the grind, the glory, the stories.

But how many athletes are competing at the Olympics by themselves?

In the words of Scribe, "Not many, if any". 😜

Elite athletes train in squads, they compare results and they share information to help one another.

They also have a multitude of coaches (sport specific, strength, nutrition, physio etc.)

And the lack of an entourage is seen as a weakness, NOT as a strength - think Eric the Eel vs. Michael Phelps.

So why, oh why, NZ, do we fall into egotistical trap of believing that it's the amateur business owners that need better people around them and not the professionals? 🤷‍♂️

REFLECTION QUESTION

How much better would you be performing if you had coaches and other business owners pushing you?
