How do you start your week?

Not a terrible view. 🤓

I’m in the process of building a weekly planning discipline.

Gotta say, it ain’t easy, I’ve left my kids watching Barbie, and frankly there’s a part of me that would rather be bingeing on some classic UFC fights. 🥊

But here’s what I’ve found works for me*:

1️⃣ Brain dump - get everything on my mind down onto paper
2️⃣ Divide into TASKS vs. PROJECTS
3️⃣ Prioritise based on IMPORTANCE
4️⃣ Review and update GCal for the week
5️⃣ Review my 6-week project plan

*I try to avoid executing - that’s what Monday’s for.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not preaching some hack to creating the perfect week, I’ve just learned business is a helluva lot easier when I’ve organised my thoughts 🧘‍♂️
