Clarity

Clarity

One word which came up a lot at our client Growth Intensive on Friday was 'clarity'. πŸ‘“

Leading in these challenging times ain't easy, but one thing which will make you more effective, is being clear about what is a priority and what is a distraction.

Ceri Evans, All Black psychologist and author of 'Perform Under Pressure', suggests reflecting on the following:

"How have you prioritised work for your team over the last week? Have you clearly explained which is the first priority, or have you been a serial 'priority adder'?

Would your team say they generally have a good grasp of what task should come first, and are supported when they focus on it, or would they say they're surrounded by a swarm of competing priorities and live in a world of interference?"

Anyone else feeling a little guilty? πŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈ
