Ain’t Nothin’ Like a Referral!

There’s nothing quite like a referral.

How many ad impressions would be required to have the same impact as this one email from my client to his friend?

Ironically, In my experience most owners work exceptionally at finding leads, but are woeful at generating referrals.

If you’re not getting consistent referrals, it’s likely down to 2 things.

1️⃣ You’re not referrable: Sounds harsh, but doing a ‘good job’ ins’t enough. To be referred you need to be exceptional. For example would you really insist your friend visits a 6/10 restaurant?

2️⃣ You don’t have a referral system: To get regular referrals you need a systemised process which positions the referral early in the customer journey and ensures it is requested at the end.
