We’ve been a little busy around here…

2-years ago we introduced 'Hotseat' at our quarterly client Growth Intensive.

We split into groups of 6 and each owner shared a challenge or opportunity, then, one by one their peers gave advice.

Unsuprisingly, these went OFF 🔥, and they've been a fixture at every event since!

That got me thinking - how else we could leverage "the power of group"?

And what if rather than just 1 person holding you accountable for your financial performance that month, there were 6? 🤔

So when Gustav Bessinger started earlier this year we got busy building, and last month we launched BOARDROOM.

It's a hybrid program, that blends specialist 1:1 coaching and a monthly boardroom meeting with 6 other business owners.

So far the results have been EPIC (more on that soon), so we're launching a second pilot group, 1st of July.
