This *Kills* Me …

At the end of the street, another business has closed, becoming just another statistic.

It’s devastating for the owner and the community.

But there’s something that breaks my heart more.

It’s the owner you DON’T read about.

The owner whose journey isn’t marked by catastrophe, but by apathy.

They aren’t forced to close their doors, yet they’re stuck in the daily grind, never quite reaching the success they envisioned when they started their business.

They’re stretched too thin, juggling a packed calendar of tasks and putting out fires left and right.

Their team’s tolerable, but hardly setting the world alight.

Profits are strong one year, average the next, and cashflow is unpredictable.

It’s never been bad enough to consider shutting up shop, but never amazing enough for friends and family to wish they could trade places.

Why does this bother me so damn much?

It’s the unnecessary suffering.

The potential left undiscovered.

Business should be life-giving, not a life-sentence.

What’s the solution?

The first step is to re-engineer your ENVIRONMENT by upgrading:

- The people in your circle (advisors, experts, authors)

- The spaces you work and live in (office, car, bedroom)

- The things around you (tools, symbols, objects)

Some things to consider:

In what ways is your environment contributing to your success?

In what ways is it holding you back?
