Small System Tweaks For Big Wins

Last week, a new client missed out on their Welcome gift. The pieces to the puzzle were there, but it hadn't come together in time.

I was gutted - our onboarding experience should blow people away, not just be 'okay' 😓.

The next day, Zia (Ops & Marketing) and I debriefed. We each brought ideas for changes to improve the process. Here's what we implemented right away:

  • Updated our onboarding template in Trello ✔️

  • Adjusted our weekly meeting agenda ✔️

  • Prepped gift bags & made them more accessible ✔️

Nothing groundbreaking - but with these tweaks, the process can flow seamlessly. Two new clients WILL be getting their gifts this week and I’m happy 🎯. That’s a big win in my book.
