KEY TASKS

  • Run focused, practical 1:1 coaching sessions that move clients forward.

  • Support and follow up with clients between sessions to maintain momentum.

  • Facilitate monthly board meetings alongside the Finance Coach.

  • Ensure every client runs a defined 6-week project aligned with their business priorities.

  • Guide clients to document clear long-term goals and actionable plans.

  • Lead effective 90-day reviews with the rest of the coaching team.

  • Apply the ActionCOACH business growth framework consistently.

  • Develop and refine tools, templates, and resources that help clients execute faster.

  • Contribute to quarterly client events through presentations and workshops.

  • Create and share practical content for social channels (growth and education)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in commerce or a related discipline.

  • 10+ years’ proven expertise in a specialist field (HR, finance or systems) with a strong record of measurable results.

  • Solid understanding of financial statements and how to use them to drive smart decisions.

  • High EQ leader - skilled at coaching, giving feedback, and holding people accountable while keeping trust intact.
