❓ Do I have a team my team’s heart and spirit or just their body and mind?

❓ How well do I practice 100% involvement/inclusion?

❓ How clearly does my team understand the ‘rules of the game’?

❓ How well do I support risk-taking within my team?

❓ Do I have a documented action plan for my team’s development?
