Some Results Speak Softly - And Still Hit Hard.

This week, I took some time to write up a few case studies on the progress our clients are making.

Yes, there are the headline wins. Like the client who tripled their revenue and grew net profit from 14% to 41%. (A mic-drop moment if there ever was one.)

But I’m just as proud of the ‘quiet’ wins, that show what’s possible with steady action, and the right support.

  • One client went from break-even to a 9% net profit - adding $64,000 in clean profit to the bank.

  • Another weathered a 28% drop in revenue during the recession - and still stayed profitable.

Of course, some of the hardest-hitting wins don’t hit the balance sheet - at least not right away.

  • One client finally restructured a key role after years of trying to make a bad fit work.

  • Another committed to running a marathon—after years of putting their health last.

  • And one took a three-week holiday. The longest they’ve ever been away from their business.

These aren’t the kind of wins you see plastered all over LinkedIn. But they’re every bit as important.

To me, the true test of coaching isn’t just what happens at the top of the bell curve. It’s what happens in the middle and the bottom… and between the lines.

So - what’s next for you in business? And who’s backing you to make it happen? If you’re curious about what coaching could look like for you, drop me a message.
I’m happy to send over the case studies if you’d like a closer look.

Cheers,

Marcus
