Meet Kate Kennedy 👋

The newest coach on the block at Business Mastery – and someone we’ve been looking for for a while.

We’re on a mission to build a world-class coaching business here in Christchurch, which means bringing in coaches who can genuinely help business owners perform at their potential.

Kate stood out

With deep expertise in people, performance and culture - Kates skills complement our existing finance, strategy, sales and marketing expertise.

For the next month, she’ll be 'under the hood' – learning our coaching style & system by shadowing Gustav and me.

Then, she’s off to the races: running workshops and training, building resources and growing her own client base. 🚀
