January’s a “write off”

As businesses splutter back into action for the year, there’s a sentiment that gets thrown around a lot - and it really gets my goat. 🐐

“No point looking at December or January… they’re short months.”

That line belongs in a book called Stupid Sh*t Business Owners Say.”

Because if you’re not taking the time to reflect, you’re not learning.
And if you’re not learning, you’re not growing.

That’s exactly why we don’t skip months when working with our clients.
Even the short ones. 😉

This week, our Boardroom clients met in their squads and reviewed their December numbers.

All of them are clear on how their marketing and sales performed, what drove their margins, and why their bank balance looks the way it does.

More importantly, they’ve got an action plan for the months ahead. 📋

Have you reviewed December and January yet?
Or have they quietly been written off? 👀
