KNOWING vs. DOING
If you’ve owned a business for a while, then the chances are you know a thing or two about what you should and shouldn’t be doing.
But, KNOWING and DOING are two very different things. We KNOW reading a book is better for us than scrolling our social media feeds but what do we DO? 😳
So it is with business too. We KNOW that talking to our customers more frequently will increase the amount they spend with us, or that taking time to prepare a cashflow forecast will reduce will allow us to prepare, but all of that knowing doesn’t mean anything, unless you put it into practice. 💥
