Have You Booked It In Yet?
My wife booked us in for an hour-long massage at Moss, and I gotta say it was a perfect way to start the week. 👌
Maybe massage isn’t your thing, but here’s a question we ask early on in the coaching process:
‘What time(s) do you have scheduled in your week for your own health and well-being?’
Admittedly, a massage is more of a ‘sometimes thing’ - but there are things blocked on my default diary that really help: like an hour like of thinking time blocked out on Friday - or even a half-hour lunch break daily.
Virtually every business owner I’ve ever met will tell me they’d love to reach a point where they can have the flexibility to do more of the things they love….
So if it’s really so important, why won’t you book it in?
