It's the End of Financial Year – and everywhere I look, there's a lot of negativity. 📉

I'm not imagining it either. In March, ANZ reported business confidence had plummeted to 32 on its outlook index – its lowest point since mid-2024.

Global conflict, oil prices, trade wars, and whatever Trump decided to post at 3am will do that. 👀

But here's what we're seeing with the business owners we work with.

After reviewing their year-end results, we found 91% of them had a stronger year than the one before - with increased revenues and profits.💪

They’re operating in the same economy. Reading the same headlines. But their results are different.

There are real challenges out there – we're not dismissing that. But our clients aren't waiting for things to settle down. They're growing anyway – because they know their numbers, they’ve got a plan, and they've got people in their corner who won't let them coast.
