“Where do you want your business to be 3–5 years from now?”

It's a simple enough question on the surface, but dig into the answer and you might be left scratching your head.

On one hand, you can build something that makes sense financially — but it’s not actually the business you want to own. (e.g. 30 employees = great money … but do you want to manage a team that size? 🤔)

On the flip side, you can design a business that fits your lifestyle — but leaves easy money on the table. (i.e you’re proud of the work you’re doing, but you don’t have the cash to show for it 💸.)

As a business owner, you need to consider both HEAD 🧠 and HEART ♥️. It’s not either/or — it’s both/and.
