THE DETAILS
FASTtrack is designed to leverage the power of ‘chunking’ and group dynamics to help you achieve your goals faster than ever.
The program runs in 8-week cycles, with the first 2-weeks devoted to shaping your project and the next 6-weeks to executing the tasks required to complete it.
SHAPE-UP (Week 1 & 2)
During the Shape-up phase, you’ll use the FTN model to isolate the area of your business that requires most attention and select your priority project.
Next, we’ll break your project down into a series of 6 bite-sized weekly goals.
Finally, we’ll create a ‘Picture Postcard’ to maximise your motivation and skyrocket your chances of achieving your goal.
DAILY WORK SPRINTS (Weeks 3-8)
With your project goal set, you’ll now begin the Sprint phase.
Each day our group will meet on Zoom, where you’ll make a commitment for the day, report progress, and begin a 30-minute work sprint on your project.
